Because our guide is a digital product that's delivered instantly, we can't accept returns, and all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

We'll gladly help if:

• Your download link doesn't work or the file won't open
• You were charged twice for the same order
• You received the wrong file

In these cases, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we'll send a working file or issue a refund.
